Initial Review
Our investment team reviews every application against our investment thesis, considering the strength of the founding team, the product, market opportunity and overall fit with GO Ventures.
Founder Meeting
If we'd like to explore the opportunity further, we'll arrange an introductory meeting to get to know your team, understand your vision and discuss the business in more detail.
Due Diligence
For opportunities we decide to progress, we undertake a structured due diligence process covering the commercial, financial, legal and technical aspects of the business.
Investment Decision
Following due diligence, the opportunity is presented to our Investment Committee, which makes the final investment decision.
Becoming a Portfolio Company
Once the investment is completed, we begin what we hope will be a long-term partnership, supporting your growth as part of the GO Ventures portfolio.
