Mr Patil, CEO at GO plc, is a professional with over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations and mergers & acquisitions across telecoms companies like GO, Cablenet, BMIT and Interoute. Mr Patil acted as a non-executive director for GO between 3 February 2012 and 9 September 2016, working closely with the GO’s executive management defining and implementing its strategy. He had helped GO achieve its strategic goals by acquiring and integrating key acquisitions like Multiplus, BM IT Limited, Kinetix and Cablenet. Mr Patil was also responsible for the creation of Malta Properties Company p.l.c., today one of the largest publicly listed real estate companies in Malta. Mr Patil has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland. Mr Patil is a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Camenzuli has extensive management experience at Chief Officer level where he has accumulated expertise in IT projects and operations across both the financial (banking) sector and telecommunications industries. With an MBA in Project Management, Global Trade, EU Studies Management & Finance from the University of Malta, Mr. Camenzuli provides the technical validation within GO Ventures.

Paul joined GO in 2000 as part of its finance team and since then has gained experience working in both the commercial as well as strategic arms of the company.  Currently, Paul leads GO’s strategic planning and insights team.  His expertise lies in financial analysis and assessment of strategic viability or proposals.
